Part III: Moving as One Body Workshop

No practice moves alone — it's part of a larger body in motion. This session names your role in that body — and turns isolation into collective rhythm.

What does it mean to create when the instinct is to withdraw — to work alone, in the safety of your own practice, while everything around you calls for something collective? What role are you actually playing in this larger movement — and what happens when you stop carrying it solo?

Through guided meditation and real community conversation, we locate our individual practice inside the larger body of collective change — and leave with a named role (Storyteller, Healer, Guide, or another) along with language for your artist statement, bio, or grant application.
