Our comprehensive approach is designed for facilitators and community leaders, and is informed by our personal and professional experience in restorative justice spaces and artistic and spiritual communities of practice. Participants will walk away with a deep knowledge and confidence in their facilitation skills and a greater sense of their singular role and purpose in a larger web of transformative healing.

We recommend a total of approximately 5 hours a week.

In person sessions are 3 hours each, while online sessions are 1.5 - 2hours. We also recommend dedicating an additional 1.5hours each week to complete supplementary readings.

Participants are expected to attend all in-person sessions. Accommodations will be made for participants with accessibility needs. Please contact the organizer in advance to make these arrangements.

Yes, absolutely! This course is for all people, and no prior experience is necessary. Both beginners and experienced practitioners alike will find a wealth of knowledge and experience is available to them through this course.
