We are a vibrant NYC-based community with a global presence, bringing Ecstatic Dancers from around the world together for transformative experiences.
We celebrate more than just movement; we embrace the many ways that magic happens when we come together, dance deeply, and grow collectively.

Ride your natural high & respect our conscious spaces by abstaining from alcohol, drugs, or other intoxicants for the duration of all our events
BE EMBODIED
No phones, no talking in the container. Step outside the container for conversations during workshops and dances. Sounds of all kinds are welcome on the dance floor.
BE FREE
Dance your truth. Let go of any judgement of self or others.
BE ACCOUNTABLE
Take responsibility for your own experience & taking care of the needs of your body, mind and spirit. Know your limits, rest, hydrate, stretch and ask for support if you need it.
BE CONSENSUAL
Make decisions with awareness. If it's not a a full YES, it's a NO. If you aren't sure, ask!
BE CARING
Be aware of your surroundings and your impact on others and our shared space. Hold this container as one for growth and love.
