Online & In-Person in Brooklyn, NYC

Join Nessa Norich & Brialle Ringer in this somatic facilitator training and learn to confidently facilitate spaces and support clients in alchemizing grief and rage.

In order to fully step into the responsibility of facilitator or space-holder, it is vital to understand how to hold these forces of feeling, which can either shut us down or light us up into action. If you are a coach, therapist, educator, facilitator, or organizer, this embodied workshop will transform your practice to meet the needs of our times and hold brave containers for deep feeling and authentic expression.

Learn somatic techniques, modalities, and experimental approaches to integrate these forces into your practice and develop your own unique rituals, offerings, and/or workshops.

  • 6 Hybrid Classes (3 In-Person and 3 Virtual-Classes)

  • Live Q&A Sessions

"I feel seen, heard, and respected for all parts of my identity, which I haven’t experienced for most of my life. What once was a solo journey of caring for my soul and healing wounds has expanded into the support and bond among other unique identities on a similar path… My mind, body, and soul have been liberated from the stress and disease I held for years from unresolved grief and fear of judgment”

- Sarabeth

Brialle is a somatic coach, healer, and wellness educator who blends social work with over a decade of study in yoga, dance, breathwork, and trauma healing. Her work supports advocates and changemakers in moving through collective grief, sacred rage, and radical imagination to build resilience and embody freedom.

With a trauma-informed approach rooted in ancestral wisdom and somatic science, Brialle creates liberatory spaces for deep healing. She’s shared her practice across retreats, group programs, and community settings—including jails, treatment centers, and foster care.

Nessa is a writer, director, actor, facilitator, and somatic coach whose work centers embodied voice, movement, and storytelling. Trained at the Jacques Lecoq School for Physical Theater, she use expressive arts to support empowerment, liberation, and community connection.

Through somatic awareness and collaborative storytelling, Nessa helps individuals transform memory and emotion into powerful, embodied narratives. Nessa has worked with LGBTQ+ communities, survivors of trafficking, public school students, artists, and dancers—offering rituals and workshops that honor grief, joy, and collective healing.

“Each session was curated with clear intention to hold space for where we were in the midst of the most challenging and transformative times of our individual and collective lives; supporting us to push the boundaries of who we knew we could be. By the end of the program, I had the tangible skills and proof that I can curate a sustainable life for myself and share that with others through my purpose.”
